Adeena Sussman

Adeena Sussman is a cookbook author, food writer, recipe and product developer, and consultant based in Tel Aviv. Her Israeli cookbook Sababa: Fresh, Sunny Flavors From My Israeli Kitchen will be released by Penguin/Avery books in September 2019. Three of her most recent collaborations, Cravings and Cravings: Hungry for More with Chrissy Teigen and The Sprinkles Baking Book with Candace Nelson, were New York Times best sellers. Along with co-authoring eleven cookbooks and writing Short Stack Editions' Tahini, Sussman has written about Israeli cooking, food, and culture for Food & WineThe Wall Street Journal, Travel & Leisure, Conde Nast TravelerEpicurious, Gourmet (may she rest in peace) and many others.

ACCESSIBILITY

The CJM strives for a welcoming environment for all of our visitors. In addition to ample space for wheelchairs and a friendly environment for service animals, sign language interpretation (ASL) can be scheduled for all programs with at least two weeks notice.
