2017 Family Gala: Journey to Worlds Unknown

On Saturday, December 2, 2017, we hosted a Journey to Worlds Unknown, The Contemporary Jewish Museum’s Ninth Annual Family Gala. Inspired by The CJM’s original exhibition, Jewish Folktales Retold: Artist as Maggid, entertainer Nikki Borodi's Acrolele dazzled with spectacular acrobatics, storyteller Emily Butterfly captivated with tales of transformations, and interactive activities engaged the imagination!

Proceeds from the Family Gala support The Contemporary Jewish Museum’s award-winning education, family, and access programs, which bring Jewish art and ideas to more than 20,000 families each year.
