The Contemporary Jewish Museum (The CJM) seeks an energetic, flexible, creative, results-oriented professional to fill the position of Finance Manager. Apply your skills and experience to meet the needs of this dynamic museum featuring award–winning exhibitions, programs, and publications.
Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Finance Manager will lead monthly close-processes and will be involved in all aspects of The CJM’s finances including its tax-exempt bond financing, investments, annual budgeting, and financial audits.
The Finance Manager will join a team consisting of the Director of Finance, Senior Accountant, and two professionals skilled in Development/fundraising database management, donor reporting, and acknowledgments. The Finance Manager will supervise the Senior Accountant and will be expected to interact collaboratively and productively with department managers across The CJM.
The ideal candidate for this role brings a high standard of performance and an eagerness to initiate new and efficient processes to meet a regular, monthly financial reporting schedule. The successful
