Every third Thursday during the summer UnderCover Presents and The CJM rocks live music in the Stephen and Maribelle Leavitt Yud Gallery with the best bands and beats in the Bay Area.

Called the Mexican Feist and compared to Joanna Newsom, Diana Gameros is a Latin singer/songwriter who performs songs that reflect twenty-first century experiences of a young indie artist at the borderlands between cultures, languages, and genres.

UnderCover Presents (UCP) is a grassroots collective that gathers musicians from every corner to celebrate the diversity of Bay Area music. The collective is best known for their curation of tributes to influential albums with one band per song, each of a different genre. UCP is honored to collaborate with The CJM in showcasing emerging Bay Area artists.

Public Programs and New Media Initiatives at The Contemporary Jewish Museum are made possible with lead support from The Jim Joseph Foundation. Major support for The Contemporary Jewish Museum’s exhibitions and Jewish Peoplehood Programs comes from the Koret Foundation.
