About the Program

A rabbi, a priest, and a Buddhist monk walk into a museum....

Examine the impact of the spiritual on modern art as you hear perspectives from curators, arts educators, and three religious leaders: Rabbi Dorothy Richman, meditation teacher Yvonne Rand, and Reverend James R. Blaettler. Then, explore our new online teacher resource to learn about bringing these concepts back to the classroom. Wine and cheese reception to follow. Presented in collaboration with SFMOMA.
