**Additional security costs may be applied for parties of 500.

Fees include:

  • Museum security, custodial service—cleaning and restocking of restrooms, mopping the floors, and removal of trash/waste not related to catering debris, and a Museum event coordinator.
  • Eight hour rental equals four hour event plus two hour set-up plus two hour breakdown
  • Additional hours must be requested in advance, and will be billed at $500 per 30 minutes
  • Catering kitchen can be made available for use at 4 PM for a $1,000 kitchen-use fee

Non-profit discount: Organizations with proof of 501(c)(3) status receive a 15% discount on the base rental fee.

Membership benefit: As a benefit of renting Goldman Hall, the Yud Gallery, or the Grand Lobby, all organizations and individuals receive one complimentary Supporter Membership, a $150 value. When renting the Boardroom or Sala Webb Education Center, all organizations and persons will receive one complimentary Individual Membership, a $60 value.

Access to the Exhibition Galleries is available during your event for an additional fee:

  • $1,500 - Gallery access for the first two hours of your event
  • $500 - Each additional hour

Reservations & Tentative Holds

  • Reserved dates are not considered firm until the signed Facility Rental Agreement and a non-refundable deposit in the amount of 50% of the total rental fee, plus a $1,000 security deposit are received by the Facility Rental and Events Manager.
  • Tentative holds will be maintained for thirty days, and will be released if the renter has not contacted the Museum to renew this hold or book the date.
