	Sunday, August 1; 1-3 PM	Map Me a World a la Maira Drop-In Art-Making Admission: Free with Museum admission (18 and under always free). Drawing upon Maira Kalman’s love of maps (from geographic to personal), illuminate your own personal terrain by creating your own Kalmanesque map. Details
	Sunday, August 8; 10-11:30 AM. Doors open at 9:45 AM.	Preschool Gallery Hour Kalman @ the CJM! Admission: Free with Museum admission (18 and under always free). If it’s the second Sunday of the month, it’s Preschool Gallery Hour, and the CJM is open early just for preschoolers and their families. Be inspired by the everyday objects that artist Maira Kalman loves so much as you enter the art studio, pick out an object of your desire, and use pencil and gouache to design note cards that celebrate new beginnings. 	Saturday, December 4; 5:30-8:30 PM	Second Annual Family Gala Admission: Adults: $100 for Members/$150 for the general public. Children ages 2-18: $50 for Members/$75 for the general public. A festive and fun-filled celebration for Bay Area families, featuring performances and activities that children, parents, grandparents, and friends can participate in together. Details
