About the Program
Explore The Radical Camera: New York's Photo League, 1936–1951 through guided mini-tours, pick up classroom resources, and share refreshments with colleagues as you learn about the connections between photography, urban life, and social justice. Rachel Schreiber is a historian and media artist. Her work explores themes of gender, activism, and labor through historical texts and visual projects. She earned her PhD in History from the Johns Hopkins University and her MFA in Photography and Critical Writing from the California Institute of the Arts.
